Locally owned and operated for more than twenty years, PHS was started as a hobby-level Pet and Home Tending service. Over the last few years we have included realty make ready services, commercial cleaning, and homes.
For many years I have been the only one to provide services for many, wonderful, clients. After seeing a need, a small team of trusted friends and myself have turned a hobby-level activity into a small startup business.
The way PHS is able to keep cost lower is by using trusted people who are employed as contract labor. This is a way to have pride and accountability spread among everyone who cleans or tends your property. All employees are insured, bonded, and have had background checks conducted.
Because people have different cleaning needs, and budgets, we offer customized cleaning done your way. Our specialty is providing detailed cleaning for realty that is being, or has been sold. Examples of our customized cleaning services could include only cleaning bathrooms and floors, or the kitchen and sweep the patios, gift packages for friends, family, or employees. Our company gives you the flexibility you desire.
